On a beautiful July's day, I arrived at Wokefield Park to begin photographing bridal preparations. My goodness, what a trek it was to find the room, the hotel is huge!! I also had the absolute pleasure of working with Jon Gunner who was the videographer at this lovely wedding.
Hair and makeup artists did a fabulous job with Bride and Bridesmaids, they all looked absolutely fantastic. All the children were so well behaved and helped me set up the shoes and dresses for some detail shots.
Once my lovely bride, Jenine was ready, I set off to the absolutely stunning Ufton Court to await her arrival in a beautiful black and cream coloured Bramwith car. Ryan, her lovely Groom was waiting patiently within the barn with his groomsmen and their family and friends. They all looked fantastic in their suits as did the lovely little page boy. The yellow flowers and colour scheme really complimented the beautiful weather and venue. The wedding dress was purchased from Sofi Designs Bridal with shoes from Wedding Shoes Direct and flowers from The Flower Girl Basingstoke. Suits were from Slaters.
There was so much attention to detail in the decor within Ufton Court. Everything was beautifully laid out for both the ceremony and the wedding breakfast, you could really tell that a lot of thought had gone into even the smallest of details. Love letters, ladders, crates and chair bows were supplied by Berkshire Wedding Hire.
After the ceremony, we did some family and friends group photographs and a confetti shot (these are always super fun to do). We also had a wander around the grounds to do some newlywed portraits whilst the guests mingled, had a drink or two and played lawn games.
The wedding breakfast was a BBQ courtesy of Fosters Catering and it smelled (and tasted) amazing! After speeches came gifts and flowers for the wedding party, followed by teas and coffees before the evening reception began. The cake was cut and the first dance got the party going. This amazing cake and all cupcakes were created by The Little Cupcake Factory. I stayed until late working on my studio photo booth and then we did our last shot of the day, the sparkler shot.
Thank you Mr & Mrs Awbery for having me document your day. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and wish you and your gorgeous family all the best for the future.
